Our coaching staff brings 35+ years of experience and a track record parents can trust: 20 state champions, 22 All-Americans, and 30+ college placements, including 18 Division I.

Small training groups mean your athlete gets more attempts, more feedback, and real attention from a coach every session. No one gets lost in the crowd.

Brand new to the sport or chasing a national qualifier? Choose Recreational (2 days a week) or Elite (4 days a week) and train at the pace that fits your athlete and your family.

Athletes who keep training after the school season ends are the ones who keep improving. Our Winter and Summer programs give your athlete structure and steady progress, all year.

Perfect for beginners and athletes who want a lighter commitment. Athletes train 2 days a week, try a wide range of events, and build real skills in a fun, supportive setting. They compete in local Reno meets with no qualifying needed, so your athlete gains confidence and experience without the pressure.

Built for experienced athletes ready to take the next step. Elite athletes train 4 days a week with event-specific coaching focused on technique, consistency, and competition readiness. They compete in local, regional, and national meets, with the chance to qualify for events like the USATF National Junior Olympics.

Want focused attention on one event or skill? Private sessions give your athlete a coach’s full focus for the entire session. We break down technique, fix the small details that hold athletes back, and build a plan around their specific goals. Great for athletes preparing for a big meet, working through a plateau, or getting a head start before the season.
